At 1138 AM EDT, satellite showed a line of clouds capable of
producing waterspouts. This cloud feature was located along a line
extending from 15 nm north of Conneaut to 20 nm northwest of
Willowick, moving south at 5 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots and locally
higher waves near any waterspout. Boaters should seek safe harbor.
