Survey Summary:
This weak tornado started just about 300 feet west of N Vickery
Road and 1200 feet north of Whitmore Road. This tornado moved
generally from west southwest to east northeast. The field west
of the Vickery Road revealed a path showing track with spirals.
The tornado damaged a home with shingles and parts of plywood
blown off, wooden deck moved several feet, detached garage moved
from foundation, and several trees uprooted on Vickery Road.
Debris was scattered about 1200 feet east northeast of the
damaged home into the open field. Additional storm damage
occurred with several large tree limbs down and minor damage to
gutter and tv antenna on Pickle Street. Finally, emergency
management drone footage revealed spirals in corn field and
downed trees along CR 249. Time estimated by radar was confirmed
by homeowner on Vickery Road.
