out to 60 nautical miles.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3
of the waves...along with occasional height of the average highest
10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Very moist onshore flow will keep dense sea fog intact through
Monday morning for the nearshore waters and bays. Fog should
become more patchy by Monday afternoon, before expanding in
coverage Monday night. Mostly weak onshore flow will continue
through Tuesday with isolated showers possible Monday and Tuesday.
Following a cold front early Wednesday morning with weak to
moderate northeast flow, offshore flow is expected to become
strong to very strong Thursday and Thursday night with building
seas. Offshore flow will weaken to moderate levels by Friday.
