This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Thunderstorms will spread across northern Iowa this morning with
more scattered convection central and south. Additional storms
will develop this afternoon and overnight. A few strong to severe
storms are possible.

Warm and humid conditions will remain in place today with heat
indicies in the upper 90s to low 100s this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Thunderstorms are forecast Monday afternoon. A few strong to
severe storms are possible, especially over southern Iowa.

There are several chances for thunderstorms throughout the
upcoming week, however at this time the severe threat appears low.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be needed this afternoon and evening.
