A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for the area Friday into
Friday night for snow and blowing snow. Please refer to the
National Weather Service website at weather.gov/desmoines for
further details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Very cold wind chills expected by Saturday night into Sunday
morning of 10 below to 20 below. Chance for light freezing rain or
snow Monday, then light snow likely Tuesday.

Any snowfall reports would be greatly appreciated today into
