This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight

Chances for non-severe isolated to scattered thunderstorms return
to the area late this afternoon and tonight; mainly west of
Highway 71 this afternoon and west of Highway 169 tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

There will be continued chances for scattered thunderstorms
through Saturday with peak chances in the afternoon and evening.
While the overall severe risk is low for the week, there is a
chance of gusty winds or hail with storms on Tuesday over northern
Iowa. Further, due to the expected slow movement of the
thunderstorms this week, localized ponding of water in low lying
and poor drainage areas may occur in any storms that tracks over
urban areas.
