No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY
Monday night through Tuesday, a storm system moving through the
region will bring a mix of rain and snow to the outlook area. The
mixed precipitation will change to snow after midnight on Monday
and continue into Tuesday morning. Light snow accumulations are
possible across the outlook area.
Tuesday night through Thursday morning, cold air is forecast to
move into eastern Iowa, northwest Illinois and far northeast
Missouri with frost and freezing temperatures likely. Widespread
temperatures in 20s are likely Tuesday night into Wednesday
morning. Temperatures on Wednesday night into Thursday will drop
into the 20s in some areas. Those with agricultural interests
should continue to monitor later forecasts for updated
information.
