* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Laurens County in central Georgia...
  Emanuel County in east central Georgia...
  Southeastern Jefferson County in east central Georgia...
  Johnson County in east central Georgia...
  Treutlen County in east central Georgia...
  Southeastern Washington County in east central Georgia...

* Until 445 AM EST Thursday.

* At 1044 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 5 inches of
  rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Dublin, Swainsboro, Soperton, Louisville, Wrightsville, East
  Dublin, Wadley, Twin City, Adrian, Harrison, Bartow, Garfield,
  Summertown, Nunez, Kite, Meeks, Norristown Junction, Dellwood, New
  Home and Blundale.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
