* At 831 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Garfield, or
  13 miles east of Swainsboro, moving northeast at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Garfield, Twin City, and George L Smith State Park.
