This hazardous weather outlook is for eastern Utah and western
Colorado.
.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight
Snow will be impacting much of the high country of Colorado today
reaching mountain bases at times. Travel over the high passes will
be hazardous as slushy to snow packed conditions exist. However
much of the snow may melt as it falls on mountain roadways below
9500 feet. The snowfall will gradually end by the late evening
hours.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday
No hazardous weather is expected at this time as uncertainty in
the forecast is high by the middle of next week.
.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight, however
spotters are encouraged to report snowfall amounts to the
National Weather Service in Grand Junction.
