A strong cold front is moving through the Tri-State area this morning producing. Behind the front, northeast winds of 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. A narrow area of fog is expected for a few hours after sunrise from Yuma southeast through Goodland, Colby to Oakley. Visibilities below one half mile are possible. Chances for rain and snow will begin to increase across portions of Yuma County, CO and Nebraska this morning, with no accumulation anticipated. Precipitation chances will increase southward during the afternoon with a change over to snow late Monday afternoon/evening and continuing through the night. One to three inches of snowfall are currently expected, with up to four inches possible in the northern half of Yuma County. Record and near record low temperatures in the mid teens to mid 20s are expected Monday night. Wind chill readings are expected to range from the single digits to mid teens above zero. Record and near record low temperatures in the upper teens to mid 20s are forecast Tuesday night. Wind chill readings in the teens above zero are also expected. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY... No hazardous weather is expected at this time. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
