Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Much of Wrn NC...NW SC and NE GA
National Weather Service Greenville-Spartanburg SC
237 PM EDT Tue Jun 22 2021

.DISCUSSION...
A passing cold front will bring scattered to numerous showers and
thunderstorms to the foothills and Piedmont this afternoon before
ending by evening. High pressure will arrive from the northwest
tonight into Wednesday, causing a drop in temperatures and a lull in
active weather through at least Thursday. Over the weekend, renewed
moisture should spur a cycle of diurnal showers and thunderstorms in
advance of a slowly-approaching cold front early next week.
