This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast Georgia, piedmont
North Carolina, western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina.

   Tropical Storm Warning.

In addition to the expectation of tropical storm wind gusts, a
threat for localized flash flooding will exist for much of the area
through Thursday as the remnants of tropical cyclone Zeta sweep
across the Southeast. There is also a small threat of isolated
tornadoes on Thursday across Piedmont areas as the remnants of Zeta
move through during the day. Monitor the latest forecast for updates
on this system.

Spotter activation may be needed. Please relay any information about
observed severe weather to the NWS while following all local, state,

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the lower Piedmont of
northeast Georgia, western North Carolina, and Upstate South
Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Heavy rainfall and isolated thunderstorms will develop from the south
overnight. Gusty winds will develop and isolated flooding could
occur.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.
