North Carolina, western North Carolina, and Upstate South Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Scattered to numerous thunderstorms are expected to develop across
the region this afternoon and evening. Any of these thunderstorms may
produce cloud to ground lightning, heavy downpours, and gusty winds.
One or two of the thunderstorms may become severe, producing damaging
wind gusts.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
