This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast Georgia, western
North Carolina and upstate South Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected to
develop across the mountains this afternoon and into the evening.
The main threats will be cloud-to-ground lightning, gusty winds, and
heavy downpours. A storm or two may become strong enough to produce
damaging winds. Also, slow-moving storms may cause localized
flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

afternoon. Any storms that form will pose a threat of cloud-to-ground
lightning, gusty winds, and heavy downpours.
