HART...SOUTH CENTRAL ANDERSON AND SOUTHWESTERN ABBEVILLE COUNTIES

At 933 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Elberton, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Calhoun Falls, Iva, Lake Secession, Lowndesville, Russell State Park,
Nancy Hart State Park, Middleton, Lake Russell, Starr, and
Antreville.
