southwest Maine, western Maine, New Hampshire, central New
Hampshire, northern New Hampshire and southern New Hampshire.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

A storm system will move south of New England late this week. As
precipitation spreads north into a seasonably cold air mass Thursday
night into early Friday, a changeover to snow is likely. This system
has the potential to bring the first accumulating snowfall across
much of New Hampshire south of the White mountains as well as
southwest Maine. The current forecast is for lighter snowfall
amounts however the first snowfall can often take people by surprise
and impacts are often greater than those during mid-winter.

Late Thursday night into Friday northeast winds will increase over
the waters. A period of gale force gusts is possible over the outer
waters as storm system passes south of Cape Cod.
