southeast Indiana, northeast Kentucky, northern Kentucky, central
Ohio, south central Ohio, southwest Ohio and west central Ohio.

Thunderstorms this afternoon and early evening could be strong to
severe. Damaging straight line winds and large hail are the primary
threats. An isolated tornado cannot be ruled out. Locally heavy rain
could lead to some minor flooding.
