As of this Friday morning, October 19th, the National Weather Service in Wilmington, Ohio has discontinued the use of the growing season headlines for Hocking, Pike, and Ross counties in Ohio. Temperatures this morning have fallen into the upper 20s or lower 30s for a few hours, resulting in a hard freeze. A map of the cancelled counties can be found at The frost/freeze program continues for counties in southeast Indiana, Kentucky, and southern Ohio along the Ohio River.
