  to 9 ft expected. Winds becoming Northwest 20 to 25 kt on
  Monday.

* WHERE...Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida coastal waters
  from Altamaha Sound GA to Flagler Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
