.DISCUSSION....Patchy low clouds this morning will burn off
and mix out by early this afternoon, with light southwest winds,
with lowest humidity values across the eastern districts. Clouds
and rain chances increase from west to east late tonight through
Tuesday with higher humidity than today. A strong cold front
arrives Wednesday evening and brings widespread rain and
thunderstorms. Strong gusty southwest winds are expected during
the day before the arrival of the front.
