Near critical fire weather conditions are expected this afternoon over the central Sandhills into the southeast panhandle and southwest Nebraska. This is due to gusty northwest winds and relative humidity as low as 15 to 20 percent. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY. Elevated fire weather conditions are expected over the same area Wednesday afternoon. Although winds will be light southwest at 5 to 10 mph, afternoon humidity will fall to around 20 percent. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
