Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 09Z, or 2 AM PDT, a 1008 MB low was centered
120 NM W of Point Conception. This front has exited the coastal
waters today. The cold upper low will bring a chance of
thunderstorms to the waters through this afternoon.
