central Missouri as well as west central and southwest Illinois.

A Flood Watch is in effect for portions of southeastern Missouri
where up to 2 inches of rainfall could lead to localized flooding.

There is a low chance for thunderstorms across portions of the area
tonight.

A Wind Advisory is in effect for portions of Illinois where winds are
expected to gust up to 45 mph tonight.
