Through 1 am, a cold front will move quickly south through the far
southern Texas Panhandle and northern Rolling Plains. Winds will
shift to the north and increase into the 25 to 35 mph range, with
gusts to around 45 mph. Blowing dust will locally reduce
visibilities, especially near open fields and construction sites.
