A cold front will cross the middle and upper tidal Potomac River and Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor this morning. Immediately after the front crosses, brief westerly wind gusts of 20 to 25 knots are possible. More frequent gusts in excess of 20 knots are expected after 9 AM, which is when a Small Craft Advisory goes into effect. $$ DHOF
