West Virginia, northern and central Virginia, and central
Maryland mainly along the river valleys. Some fog could be locally
dense with visibility less than one quarter mile through 9 AM.

If traveling, be prepared for changing visibility. Slow down and
use low beam headlights when encountering dense fog.
