This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southwest Iowa, west central
Iowa, east central Nebraska, northeast Nebraska and southeast
Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Warm, dry, and windy conditions along with dry fuels will lead to
very high to extreme fire danger on Thursday, especially in
northeast Nebraska. Winds may gust to 40-45+ mph. A Fire Weather
Watch is in effect.

There is a marginal (level 1 of 5) risk of severe storms during
Thursday evening across portions of southeast Nebraska. The main
hazards will be large hail and damaging winds.

Repeated rounds of showers and storms are forecast this weekend into
early next week. There is severe weather potential during most
afternoons and evenings each day for portions of the region,
especially on Saturday and Sunday.
