range of gaging sources (USGS, USACE, ASOS, COOP, NJ IFLOWS, GOES).

24hr elements(such as Pcpn, Max/Min Temp, change in stage, snow)
represent the twenty-four hour period from (12Z TO 12Z) 8am-8am EDT
7am-7am EST.

Charlotteburg River stage represents the lake elevation at the
reservoir.

Every attempt to quality control this data will be met each morning
prior to issuance. Bad data and unrepresentative rainfall data
will be denoted with a "M". Missing data and gages out of service will
be omitted and denoted with a blank space.
