Weather Summary for the Local Tri-State Region
National Weather Service New York NY
357 AM EDT Tue Sep 17 2019

Dry conditions and plenty of sunshine are expected today as high
pressure builds south out of Canada. High temperatures will be
near normal for mid September, in the mid 70s.

Initially clear skies will allow for good radiational cooling
conditions through at least the first half of tonight, with
temperatures in typically cooler outlying locations falling into
the mid to upper 40s. Elsewhere, temperatures will generally fall
into the mid 50s to around 60, near normal for this time of year.
Clouds then increase late tonight, with partly to mostly cloudy
conditions expected through the day on Wednesday. This will result
in high temperatures a few degrees below normal.

Clear skies then return on Thursday, with seasonable temperatures
expected.
