Weather Summary for the Local Tri-State Region
National Weather Service New York NY
318 AM EDT Sun Mar 18 2018

Dry and chilly weather is expected today and Monday, with
temperatures during the day around 5 to 10 degrees below normal
each day. At night, temperatures will average a few degrees
below normal, with overnight lows in the 20s to lower 30s.

A weak front and upper level disturbance could produce a few
clouds and flurries tonight, but dry weather generally prevails
through Monday.

Attention then turns toward the mid week period. Low pressure
should pass to our south Tuesday, followed by another low
Wednesday. This could result in wintry precipitation, but
uncertainty remains on exact track of the lows, and northward
extent of the precipitation.
