...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of western Kay,
northwestern Noble and eastern Grant Counties through 515 AM CDT...

At 443 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles east of Renfrow to near Deer Creek to 5
miles northeast of Billings to 6 miles west of Red Rock. Movement was
east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Ponca City, Blackwell, Tonkawa, Billings, Lamont, Red Rock, Marland,
Braman, Deer Creek, Renfrow, Nardin, Sooner Lake, Ceres, Blackwell
Lake and Peckham.

This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 193 and 236.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Heavy rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to
localized flooding.
