northwestern Woods and Ellis Counties Until 815 PM CST...

AT 736 PM CST, the leading edge of an area of strong and gusty winds
extended along a line extending from near Sitka Kansas to near
Laverne Oklahoma to near Lipscomb Texas, moving east-southeast at 30
MPH. Temperatures will also fall quickly, and rain may change to
snow in portions of Harper and Ellis Counties. Visibility will be
reduced to less than one mile in areas where the rain changes to
snow.
