Past 24 hour precipitation...
Passing showers and thunderstorms produced generally 0.10 to 0.50
inches of rain across portions of eastern Ohio and northwestern
Pennsylvania. Little, if any, precipitation was observed over
northern West Virginia.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Showers and thunderstorms are expected to continue through Friday,
with the heaviest rain falling Thursday evening and night. The
Allegheny Basin is expected to receive an average of 1.25 inches,
while the Ohio basin is expected to receive an average of 1 inch
and the Monongahela basin closer to 0.75 inches.

River trends...Area rivers and streams continue to slowly fall or
hold steady through Thursday before another round of rain causes
some rises to occur Friday into the weekend.
