...Confirmed Tornado in Berks County, Pennsylvania...

The National Weather Service office in Mount Holly NJ has
concluded a storm survey for some areas in Berks County,
Pennsylvania.

A confirmed EF-0 tornado occurred in Amity Township with peak
winds to 70 mph on 7/1 at around 4:47 PM. In addition, a rear-
flank downdraft with straight-line winds up to 70 mph occurred
and continued northeastward toward Boyertown and then to the north
side of Gilbertsville (Montgomery County).

Statement later this evening or on Thursday.
