DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 700 AM CHST...2100 UTC...the center of Tropical Storm Bebinca
was located near Latitude 21.6 degrees North and Longitude
136.9 degrees East. Bebinca is moving northwest at 20 mph. It is
expected to maintain this general course with a slight decrease
in forward speed through Saturday.

Maximum sustained winds have decreased to 50 mph. Bebinca is
forecast to intensify through the weekend.

Tropical storm force winds extend outward from the center up to
115 miles to the northeast and up to 70 miles elsewhere.
