...SUMMARY OF TOTAL ICE ACCUMULATION REPORTS AS OF 10 AM MONDAY...
We will long remember this winter storm in Northwest Oregon and
Southwest Washington. Here are ice accumulation reports received
Friday through Monday morning from weather spotters, NWS employees,
and members of the public. Reports are grouped by forecast zones, and
generally ordered from north to south and west to east.
Largest ice accumulations fell across the southeast side of the Portland
metro area, including Oregon City to Tigard, and southward to a Salem to
Silverton line, with widespread damage to trees and powerlines.
Note that a separate information statement was sent at 945 am with
snowfall reports.
