.Synopsis for the far Southern California coast...
At 2 AM, a 1028 mb high was 400 NM west of Monterey and also over
southern Oregon. A 1014 mb low covered the Southern California
Bight. Offshore flow during nights and mornings will alternate
with onshore northwest flow during afternoons and evenings today
through Tuesday, and again Friday. Offshore flow will strengthen
and be more persistent Wednesday into Thursday.
