            Delayed report. Swift water rescues.
            Vehicles in mud, debris and water. 6 persons
            affected. Mud was half way up the side of
            one vehicle and drivers were trapped. 3
            automated weather stations recorded 0.5
            inches in 1 hour. Several mud slides on
            Soboba Road and Chabela Drive. Non burn scar
            area. NBC LA and County of Riverside EMD had
            videos.
