Survey Summary:
Damage photos from Bay County Emergency Management indicate that
a brief tornado touched down on the eastern portion of Tyndall
Air Force Base. The tornado crossed US 98 causing damage to
pine trees and utility lines. The full length of the path is
uncertain given the limited access to the area.
EF Scale: The Enhanced Fujita Scale classifies tornadoes into the
following categories:

EF1...Weak......86 to 110 mph
EF2...Strong....111 to 135 mph
