Conditions will be borderline for a red flag warning today. Localized areas could see instantaneous conditions exceed criteria, but the overall humidity values look to remain just above critical thresholds. Nevertheless, high dispersions are likely today, with gusty winds that are capable of producing more erratic fire behavior. As a cold front approaches the area tomorrow, the low- level moisture will continue to increase, as will the winds. High dispersions will remain a concern for tomorrow in response. However, a line of thunderstorms is expected tomorrow afternoon/evening and continuing into the overnight. Thus red flag conditions are unlikely tomorrow. With drier weather returning for Monday and winds remaining gusty, elevated fire weather concerns will continue through much of the work week. Fog potential...Patchy ground fog is possible this morning. Otherwise, fog is not expected.
