...HIGH WIND WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING THROUGH
THURSDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Northeast winds 35 to 55 mph with gusts up to 75 mph
  possible.

* WHERE...Valdez and Thompson Pass.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...High winds could move loose debris, damage property,
  and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially
  for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing snow are also possible
  from Thompson Pass to Valdez Thursday morning due to the
  combination of strong winds and fresh snow on the ground in the
  wake of the expected light snow event Wednesday evening. Expect
  reduced visibilities in areas of blowing snow. Use caution when
  traveling.
