Patchy fog has developed across portions of southwest and central North Dakota this morning. The fog may become dense at times, with visibility reduced below one quarter mile. Locations impacted include Rolla, Rugby, Harvey, Carrington, and Interstate 94 from Dickinson to Bismarck. Be prepared for rapidly changing conditions on the morning commute. Use caution at intersections and railroad crossings. The fog should dissipate by 10 AM CDT. $$ Hollan
