Patchy, dense fog has developed across parts of far southeast Kansas this evening. A cold front coming in from the northwest should clear the fog out by 11 pm. Before then, visibilities will be as low as a quarter to a half of a mile at times. If traveling this evening, prepare for sudden reductions in visibility, especially along the Highway 166 corridor. Slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you. $$ Martin
