WESTERN SIBLEY...MCLEOD...SOUTHERN STEARNS...NORTHWESTERN CARVER AND EASTERN KANDIYOHI COUNTIES... At 436 AM CDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Paynesville to near Cosmos to near Franklin. Movement was east at 45 mph. Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with these storms. Locations impacted include... St. Cloud, Hutchinson, Litchfield, Waite Park, St. Joseph, Glencoe, Cold Spring, Annandale, Cokato, Rockville, Paynesville and Winsted. This includes the following highways...
