UPDATE TO EMERGENCY WCOSS PRODUCTION SWITCH - RESTON TO ORLANDO...
As of 3:17pm EDT, WCOSS model production has been running fully
out of Orlando. IBM has resumed troubleshooting efforts in Reston
(a problem with the GPFS filesystem on Tide). Reston will be
returned to developers once the issue is resolved, and it is
deemed a viable backup. Current estimated time for Reston to be
returned to developers is 5pm EDT. NCO`s SPA Team is continuing
to closely monitor production in Orlando. Delays with the 18Z
model runs will be possible, but they should not be as extreme as
the 12Z runs.

Preliminary summary of model delays:
-12Z GFS: 1-2 hours late
-12Z GFS MOS: 1 hour late
-12Z HWRF/HMON: 2-3 hours late
-12Z NAM MOS: 75 minutes late (The 12Z NAM completed on time)
-12Z WAVE: 1-2 hours late
-12Z HIRESW ARW MEM1: 2-3 hours late
-12Z HIRESW NMMB: 3+ hours late
-12Z GEFS: 1-2 hours late
-14Z RAP/14Z HRRR is being rerun (they will be ~3 hours late)
-15Z RAP/15Z HRRR: 31-45 min late
-15Z SREF: 1-2 hours late
-14Z GTG: ~2 hours late
-15/16Z LAMP/GLMP: 1.5-2.5 hours late
-17Z Blend: some files delayed
-12Z ESTOFS and ETSS: 1 hour late
-Any delays with the 18Z models should not be as extreme
