THE SUMMER SEASON AT THE GRAND FORKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT OVERALL
HAD ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND BELOW NORMAL MOISTURE. THE AVERAGE
TEMPERATURE FOR THE SEASON WAS 69.0 DEGREES WHICH IS 2.1 DEGREES
ABOVE NORMAL.

PRECIPITATION FOR THE SEASON WAS WELL BELOW NORMAL. TOTAL
PRECIPITATION WAS 8.17 INCHES WHICH WAS 1.93 INCHES BELOW NORMAL. A
DRY AUGUST CONTRIBUTED TO THE BELOW AVERAGE SEASONAL RAINFALL AS
ONLY 1.42 INCHES FELL FOR THE MONTH.
