.SYNOPSIS...
High pressure will persist south of the local waters through the
weekend. A cold front will approach the waters from the north
early next week bringing an increase in winds and rain chances.
Southwesterly prevailing flow is expected to last through early
next week, which will keep waves around 2-4 feet.
