Synopsis for Keys coastal waters from Ocean Reef to Dry Tortugas
1038 AM EST Mon Dec 10 2018

.SYNOPSIS...Moderate and fresh northwest breezes are forecast
today and Tuesday, in response to surface high pressure spreading
from eastern Texas into the Lower Mississippi Valley and the slow
departure of a low pressure center off the Carolina Coast in the

northern Florida Peninsula on Wed morning. High pressure will exit
into the Atlantic late Wed, causing surface winds over the Keys
to veer from northeast to southeast. A low pressure system will
develop over the Lower Mississippi Valley Thursday night and
Friday, with a trailing cold front pushing through the Keys
coastal waters around Friday night.
