...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch for portions of western Maryland, east central
Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia has been cancelled.

Rain will continue to diminish with passage of this evenings cold
front. High water and minor flooding will begin to recede.
