...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1230 AM CDT WEDNESDAY...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following
  county, Llano.

* WHEN...Until 1230 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Dangerous flows over low-water crossings.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1048 PM CDT, Minor flooding is already occurring. Between
    3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Kingsland, Llano, Gainesville, Granite Shoals, Horseshoe Bay,
    Buchanan Lake Village, Castell, Lone Grove, Stolz, Oxford,
    Baby Head, Valley Spring, Bluffton, Tow, Field Creek and
    Sunrise Beach Village.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
