TXC137-271-385-463-151630- /O.NEW.KEWX.FA.Y.0174.250715T1325Z-250715T1630Z/ /00000.N.ER.000000T0000Z.000000T0000Z.000000T0000Z.OO/ Edwards TX-Kinney TX-Real TX-Uvalde TX- 825 AM CDT Tue Jul 15 2025 ...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1130 AM CDT THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Edwards, Kinney, Real and Uvalde. * WHEN...Until 1130 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 824 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
