Following the frontal passage and associated rains tonight into
tomorrow morning, cooler temperatures, light northerly 20-ft
winds, and minimum relative humidity values at or above 35% will
limit fire weather concerns through most of the period. The weak
northerly winds prevail through Tuesday before southeasterly flow
and a warming trend return Wednesday through the rest of the
week. Minimum relative humidity will drop into the 30-35% range
around midweek across the Brush Country, along with Energy
Release Components (ERCs) forecast to reach the 50-70th
percentile. However, with the southerly wind component and
overall seasonable atmospheric moisture present, fire weather
conditions are not of concern at this time.
