Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Southeast Wyoming/Western Nebraska
National Weather Service Cheyenne WY
229 AM MST Tue Nov 19 2019

WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY MORNING THROUGH
THURSDAY MORNING

.DISCUSSION...

Highs today will be above seasonal norms with some locations
nearing record level warmth ahead of a descending cold front with
our next precipitation maker on Wednesday through Thursday.
Heavier snow amounts are expected across the western portions of
the forecast area though all locations should expect to see flakes
with lower accumulations out in the high plains in NE. Ridging
pattern takes hold after our precipitation with some periods of
gusty winds again through the weekend in the wind gap areas. Min
RH values are expected to remain above thresholds.
